High-performance buffer bed
is again an environment-friendly patent product developed by our company
according to market demand, it is further divided into heavy-duty and
light-duty buffer bed according to the magnitude of impact it receives, the
buffer strip on this buffer bed is made through composite process by adopting
wear-resistant pad as the buffer carrier and adopting wear-resistant pad with
low coefficient of friction for the contact surface of the belt. Compared with the conventional buffer idler, this buffer
bed is able to provide total support of the belt in the feed area so as to
effectively protect the belt against scratching by foreign matters and enhance
overflow and dust prevention effect. The left and right side plates of the
buffer bend can be installed separately, the buffer strips can be changed
individually with convenient installation and disassembly, the heavy-duty
buffer bend is generally used for large-lump material conveying system with
higher drop, its chute surface all adopts buffer strips; the light-duty buffer
bed is used for small-lump material conveying system with a less higher drop,
the side bed of the buffer bed adopts rubber strips which are able to
effectively protect the belt against scratching by foreign matters and enhance
overflow and dust prevention effect, the bottom bed of the buffer bed adopts
troughed buffer idler bearing, such construction can further reduce the
friction resistance
